Sorry (yet again) for the lack of updates!

Been going out alot during my holiday. Spending time with friends, family, bf. When I'm indoor, I'd be reading and knitting.

Besides that, my monitor fried. Days ago. Lol. Both mum and dad gave me the green light for a new pc. I'm excited about that 'cause I had been dying for one. However, thinking about the recession and what not, perhaps I should put that on hold. :(

I am typing on CJ's laptop now. Gosh, I love his laptop. I love his connection.

I am gonna go check my Facebook now. Have limited time now. Though he is sleeping beside me but he will fret about dinner soon.

PPS. Sad that Michael Jackson passed away. Totally unexpected. And something weird happened on the day he passed away. While I was knitting, Billie Jeans and Thriller were continuously playing in my head. I was surprised but I never thought much about it. Later in the evening, I was really shocked my brother told me he passed away. I wasn't even listening to radio or news or read the papers. Totally clueless.

PPPS. Watched Okuribito (Departures) last Thursday with Lloyd and Keen Seng. Totally love it. Cried like hell in the cinema as certain scenes reminded me of past memories. And I really love the soundtrack, by the ever awesome Hisashi Joe! Always loved his composition especially in Tonari no Totoro (My Neighbour Totoro) and Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi (Spirited Away) - two of my most famous works by Miyazaki Hayao. Anyway, planned to get the DVD to keep. So Charmaine, don't worry, I'll watch with yuu again! :D

Holiday, Day 1

Yes, today is the first day of my holiday!

I was supposed to run a few errands today but I only managed one, that is take Lucky for his vaccine today. I thought it was something easy but it took my brother and I quite some time. Had a talk with the vet, Dr. Edmund Yeoh, a very nice and friendly person. Previously when Harry had skin infection, I brought him there too.

After that, spent some time playing with Harry. Tried to snip off some fur around his eyes but he kept moving around! ISH. Guess I'll just send him for grooming since he needs trimming everywhere. Then, I thought wanna online for a while but there was no connection. =_=

So, I decided to go get some new yarns at Pearl Point for new knitting projects. Haha. Yes, I am knitting now. I started during the previous summer break last year.


This is my first project that I did last year, a basic muffler in beige.


My second project, love the mixed colour yarn which I think it's really beautiful. However, this cotton wool cost me a bomb. :(


Third project, another muffler but with two different stitches. This is a secret project for dad! ;)

Spent about 3 hours knitting there. After that, met up with Lloyd for drinks at Sweet Deli Station. As usual, we talked nonstop. Lol. Chatted for three hours before I head home around 9pm. Oh, and both of us wore green today! What a coincidence. Haha.


This is supposed to be in the previous post, the stall in Ampang Park where we bought the snacks. Love the giant container and nicely filled in snacks. Creative!

Argh!!! Today went out and spent about 150 bucks already!!! Wtf. And I thought I could save up some money this month. Sigh.

EXAM IS OVER!! IT'S HOLIDAY!!!

Erm, I do noticed that my recent posts are more of those ambiguous emotional post. Please kindly ignored them. Sometimes I really want to express my feelings here without the ambiguity but then again, I don't feel comfortable doing so. Yet, I want to pour it out. Hence those weird posts. ^^;;

Today was the last paper for the semester. I have one more semester to go. Out of the four papers, three were awfully tough. Awfully, because I prepared last minute, like 1-2 weeks before the exams. Consistent study and revisions were absent. What's done is done and I am not gonna dwell on it. Finally, the holiday that I had been looking forward to!

Today I had planned to meet up my college mates for dinner. Initially, I was kinda reluctant because I feel like going home straight and sleep. But as I consider, I hadn't been hanging out with them and this might be the last time I would see them and I had decided to go. However, when I reached my parents' office after my papers, my dad told me we have to go all the way to Ampang to take the visa photo. =_=

By the time we reached there, the photo shops were closed! We reached there around 8.30pm. Then we headed to the optical shop by dad's friend which was closed too! Then we walked around and we saw this stall that sells snacks like muruku, tapioca chips, nuts. And we bought some since my parents love muruku. All the way to Ampang Park and only get snacks back!

Then we went to the new house as dad wanna check on the fishes and feed them. After that, supper at Oldboy and chatted non-stop. Oh, and I'm sure everyone read about the robbery spree in Puchong in the papers today? It was madness. Everyone in the market (pasar pagi, lol) is talking about it. Apparently, one of the restaurants is Yuen Garden Dim Sum!

Another madness in Puchong now is that the immigration department is running a spot check around the area, arresting those foreign workers who could not present their passports and working permits on the spot. Okay, I'm not sure if 'arrest' is the proper word here because it sounds like really serious and as if they had committed crime.

But no, most of them have legal required documentations but were led away because they couldn't provide the documentations on the spot during the inspection. This is a big hit among the restaurants in Puchong as most of the workers were foreign workers and their documentations we held by their employer. A large number of them were locked up, causing the business of the restaurants running slow today. Double up with the robbery spree, Puchong area does seemed a bit eerily quiet at only 11pm.

Oops, there it goes again. The randomness and off-topic. Must be the fatigue. I'm actually not really that tired but I'm sure once I hit the bed, I'll fall into deep sleep immediately. Lol.

I have lots of errands to run tomorrow, so I better go to bed.

I'll post more pictures in the next posts. I'm sure yuu guys are bored of my wordy posts. ^^;;

Canine mates

Every time I play with my bunch of canine mates, of course, with my family members, I would have a great time with them. It just blows all my worries and stress away.

Yesterday sent Lucky for his very first obedience training lesson. Dad was the 'boss'. Mum, bro and I just stood and watched. We laughed from beginning till the end, just looking at Lucky training.

Yesterday spent the most time with Lucky. Which also robbed most of my time and ended up I didn't study much. Haha. Okay, 'rob' is a harsh word. We should be the one spending time with them since we have them in the first place.

Today I longed to play with them but I really just can't. Two more days till I can do whatever single shit thing I can without feeling guilty or worrying.

Pets are not toys. Sadly, I learnt this a little late.
